Hey Guys
SXR just finalized its merger/acquisition with Ur-Asia and now obviously moving forward the company can see the potential to acquire other relatively smaller uranium companies at a low cost.
The thing to look for here is what they are going to be using to purchase the companies and how much they're paying for it. There is alot of value in this market as most of the Uranium mining companies are so undercapitalized that they can't obtain institutional investment dollars and so the properties that they acquire by purchasing the various companies should be the focal point. I.e. they could purchase a 5 million dollar company that has rights to a 5 billion dollar uranium mine that SXR can mine faster and cheaper.
Here's the news story onwhat others are forecasting:

Personally I don't say you should speculate on a buyout, but instead become MORE confident in SXR as it s a great company moving in the right direction. Look for good things to come, I'm Reccomending a hold.
